Likely collecting user “hello who is this “ and records for 5 seconds or maybe longer if you keep talking ?? Idk. I answered and asked “ Who’s calling?!!!” No thing could be heard (I’m on a bus though) then I said “you dog” as it hung up. I said alowed so the other patrons got to hear the lovely language.. Xd then all get it its Australia WE ARE SO SO UNDER RHREAT FROM A NON ALLIE OR A FAKE ALLIE FORCE THAT IS f*ckING WITH EVERY DAY HUMANS AND COLLECTING THEIR DATA OR SCAMMING THEM FOR MONEY OR DATA THATS WHY DONT KEEP A-LOT ON THE PHONE OR COMPUTER MAKE IT OFFLINE or in physical P files on paper PRINTED offline or BETTER FOR TREES SAVE TO A hard disk or a USB device that’s NOT BEEN CONNECTED TO OR LINKED TO after buying so don’t use a second hand one for this same as storyline any digital stuff like crypto offline with a bank deposit box having the recovery and or both the Private Key to the chains AKA $BTC wallet on that wallet.

But yeah these people or bots or people using bots and tech to do whatever scams it is or data collect for AI to learn even f*ck off. Why the f*ck does the DO NOT CALL REGISTRAR DO sh*t ALL.. even if you re add your number (I think it updates it to protect from past calls since last “log” but idk for sure.)
