It just ring and hung up.

Caller: I don't know

This is bullsh*t

Whoever called hang up once I answered. I called the number back but there was just a recorded message with no business name saying that "all their consultants were not available at the moment and their call to me was not urgent so they'd try and call back later". Given they won't identify themselves, and as per the comment above, probably some sort of telemarketing scammers.
