Answered with my work title out of habit. When realised it really was a legit work title hung up. However , constant calls from same number despite being repeatedly told that I already have solar panels and am not interested in a new hot water service. Even telling them I’m on the do not call list doesn’t stop them

l explained l already have solar in process, caller said "Oh OK then" and call ended. Remained polite.

They did not introduce themselves but assumed to use my name. They claimed to be talking about the government solar panel scheme. The first one i spoke to was Indian, the second one was Asian. When I asked them to remove my number from their list they asked "why?", the second one just hung up after I said it. They used both this number and (03) 9968 6538
