I called back. Must be a scam company. They had my name and spoke about an electricity bill. However there was never an electricity bill in my name ever. Beware of this number.

Answered it, silence for about a second, then it hung up. Probably some computer confirming whether numbers are valid. Nowadays I don't even say hello if it's not a number I recognise - don't want them getting a voiceprint.

Very persistent telemarketers claims offering discount for electricity bill. Told him not interested but he just keeps talking, I just hang up.
