Have had months of calls from ‘James’ at the wine group. I asked him multiple times to stop calling to no avail. It appears they got the number through Dan Murphy’s which is allowed by them in their privacy policy. I called EGL (who manage this) on 1300 780 674 and asked them to stop the calls. They did. WIN!

cant have told them enough times to not ring. funny how onlybstarted getting spam calls since downloading vic gov app for covid

The Wine Group facebook page lists the page http://www.wines.com.au/ as their website which will redirect you to buywinedirect.com. A Californian company that distributes Australian wine (pointless if youre already in Australia). They note their address / warehouse as:
6565 Knott Ave., Buena Park, CA 90620
They also have on the bottom of their page, trading as "WINESHARK EMPIRE, INC."
Im curious if anything else can be found on that entity.

Great Wine Company Pty Ltd has been supplying Wineshark empire.
They're based in Melbourne, abn 68 634 496 647. They also have the names "OLIVE ART" & "GREAT WINES OF AUSTRALIA" registered under that abn.

Constantly calling and never leave a message.
When I ring back it is always a recorded message saying unavailable.

can confirm calling 1300 780 674 will not help unsubscribe, they don't have anything to do with the wine group

My reply to Fixed! I phoned the number stated and no they can't help, they told me they have no connection with the Wine Group.

I just called EGL and they said they don't have anything to do with the Wine Group so save yourself a call! Trying to find a way to block these guys they are rude. I told them I'm not drinking at the moment and they tried to push me to buy wine for my friends/family. Jokers. I've blocked about 20 numbers and occasionally another one pops up. Have registered with do not call register but that seems to be doing nothing.

I don't know anyone form Newtown Victoria and I don't answer these calls. The above comments have been helpful and some made me laugh out loud! Thanks for that!! hahahaha
So again I'm adding this number to the block list!!

I get calls every other day from this number and a new number every time,
First thing i did was to block the numbers but they ring from a different number every time
NOW i have forwarded the call back to an old number they have called on and this rings them back so they are calling there own number, My phone stills ring but when i see (03) i don't answer and cancel the call this forwards the call back to themselves. You need a previous number to do this
