SCAM / FRAUD. Answered call (knowing it would potentially be scam as it was from a different state). Mentioned that my Vodafone account was going to expire if no action taken. I'm not even with Vodafone. Man spoke english and chinese but hung up on me when I said to speak english. Attempted to call back to play their little game but it went to a fake 'voicemail is full' recording and hung up.
