Caller: "Bark" or "Barc/Barq" Missed call just before 5pm. Number doesnt show up on google. Called back after 6pm and got put on hold because "all their operators are busy on other calls. please stay on the line and you will be answered shortly". Hold message was in Australian accent. Hung up after 10mins. Called back later & got same message. Seems dodgy that they were still "on calls" at 6:45pm instead of getting a "we're closed, call back tomorrow" message.
