Caller: Claim to be immigration department Recorded message saying you missed important document from the immigration department, targeting Chinese community.

Caller: Welcome to customer service - scam They pretend to be a customer service center. They then ask you to press numbers (which I presume leads to different scams) Option 1 is for Chinese language options (I’m not Chinese) if that helps. Option 2 is for English then I hung up because it was clear to me this was a scam.
