Called 4 times in one day. Automated message claiming to be from NAB with an important message for me (they knew my full name).

I called this number back (03) 4100 0198. Rang once then hung up.

Rang number back said from Bairnsdale when i dialled it. No answer as i have already marked it as spam and phone wouldn't let call go through

It actually is NAB. They just tell you something is overdue and to go pay it... They don't ask for details

My husband just rang the number and a voice recording and a completely different tone said my full name and asked for my year of birth so my he put in his year of birth in and it thought about it for a second and said it was correct??!
Cause I know for a damn fact the bank asked you who you are and to provide your details and what not...
The bank just doesn't call you and know your full name!! They get you to provide it

Yes this is actually NAB telling you something is overdue. You don't need to call them back. Just check your online banking to see what's overdue.... If you pay it the phone calls stop

I’m getting up to 17 calls a day from this number starting at 9am up to 9pm at night they will ring up to 6 times in a row then leave it half hour and try again I’m getting bloody annoyed

Definitely a scam call. Called NAB , to confirm it was a scam call. Knew my full name and account name. Said I had an outstanding balance which I knew was incorrect.

It's an automated call from NAB BANK informing of overdrawn acc and asking when can pay. It will keep calling until you pick a date paying back and acknowledge the call and what owe.

Robo scam call pretending to be NAB and may come from Bairnsdale to seem legitimate will call pretending to have a NAB now pay later payment you'll need to make even if you don't use it or incorrect amounts if you do. Don't press to confirm who you are just hang up and report it to NABs phishing team.

SCAM ALERT - they have been calling non stop and the automatic message is quite convincing. Do be careful and don't provide any details.
