I have just posted a note to say this is a scam and the Indian woman sounds like she is from a call centre. Says "Technical Department" from Telstra and there is a problem with your internet (which is not true). I meant to add that they are totally brazen and when I said "Oh Telstra, what's your phone number" she made one up like 1,2,3 02 or something like that. I said that's not right and you are not Telstra. Don't be fooled.

BEWARE!!! Claims to be from the "Technical Department" at Telstra. Indian voice (female), She repeated it several times as her accepnt was thick and I couldn't initially understand her. Her voice was faint; ie sounded like a million miles away and the noice was like it was from a call centre. She said it was the technical department and there is a problem with your internet...I knew it was a scam as I'm not with that service provider.
