This number rang but did not leave a message. Once again, either a charity, survey or scammer. Have now blocked the number

Caller: Scammer 1. Called my home phone number at 11:15am WST 2. The caller was female w/ Indian accent.
• Claimed to be “calling from Melbourne-Australia” (1st comment offered) - 1st lie! • Claimed to be “from Telstra” (2nd comment offered) - 2nd lie; I hung up as soon as I heard ‘Telstra’.
Note: very strange to say ‘off the bat’ that I am “calling from Melbourne-Australia”. What Australian say ‘Australia’ when they talk about one of our capital cities?! SCAMMERS for sure!!
