Caller: I don't know Picked the phone up and before I could even say hello the caller had already started speaking, conversation went like:
"Hello, have you heard about the changes to the NBN service?" "Sorry, what is this call regarding?" "Are you hard of hearing?" "Do you want to continue this conversation?" "No"
After which the caller had hung up. Very strange.
