Caller: Scammer Received a call from this number in the afternoon, around the time that scammers oversees usually try calling because they think were all home at that time. Called the number back, voicemail box is full. Based on the numerous others who have reported scam calls, there is high confidence this is a scammer. Blocked the number.

Left a voicemail stating that they have tried to call me many times and it is about an urgent document notification. If I have an urgent document that needs to be addressed, they should have my address or email to send it to. Why would I address a document over a call?
