Called and short silence until you can hear the call centre operators in the background. I blocked them immediately. Then I called back with the 1831 number before the phone number. This stops my number being displayed. Then, the message "Optus advises that the number you have called........" inactive number. Therefore, overseas scammers.....

Got told I'd been in a car accident I didn't know about! Lots of noise in the background. Hung up when I started asking questions.

2 calls today on a phone number that is not listed anywhere or has been used in advertising.. did not pick up calls, no voicemail left either..
Did receive scam sms for another number I use for business. This was in regards to a personal account. Both sims with same provider. Do we have another carrier hack on our hands. Exact balances were quoted in sms.

Called and it went silence when I said "hello". I can hear some background noise. I hung off and blocked this number immediately.
