Caller said they were a Commonwealth Bank employee and there had been a suspicious transaction on my account i.e. funds transferred to USA. Said they were calling me to help fix the problem and when asked how, said they were going to get me to download an app. When I said I didn't bank with Commonwealth, they hung up. There seemed to be someone else in the background prompiting them as to what to say.
