Recorded message with strong Asian accent. Did not identify herself nor her organization but proceeded to complain they had tried to contact me "many" times but I had not contacted them (never heard from them before) and of course an invitation to press 1 if I wanted to proceed in English or 2 if wanted to proceed in Chinese. Did neither. Just hung up and blocked number.
