Scam romance caller

scam robocall. location claimed to be 'Murrayville Victoria'. I didn't pick up and an automated recorded message offered a choice to listen in English or Chinese, followed by a short message in Chinese.

Spam call.

(Obvious call centre call but I wanted to find out what they were after. Without giving them any of my information, etc.)
Call from obvious call centre saying they were from Telstra about my IP address.
First it was a female caller then she said she would put me onto the technical department. Then guy came on.
I continually said I did not use Telstra they said but it was about my IP address.
When I asked what about my IP address they said, surely I use internet on some device.
When I told them I don't use internet they eventually hung up.
They were very very persistent in trying to keep me on the line.

They actually called me back to try to start the scam again.

I continually asked them to take my number off their database.

this number called beeped then cut off
