Caller: Scammer When I called them back, there was a recording of a female Eastern European voice, 'Hey! Welcome to (purposely unclear, sounded like DMIC) Solutions! Please stay on the line while we connect your call!'. However, the voice mail they left was a female Chinese recorded voice, saying, 'This is an urgent message from Optus. Your service will be deactivated in 2 hours'. Of course I don't have an Optus account. Have blocked the number.

'caller' left a message. it was a scratchy recorded message stating they are from DHL about an unclaimed parcel

Obvious scam. “We have called you several times from the immigration department.Next time will answer with “This number has been redirected to Australian Federal Police. How can I help you”.
