This is some B/S conjob. Nicole will randomly call you & tell your your internet service will be disconnected within 24hours & to press #1. You then get put through to a "Poll-taker" ( I spoke to a David WIlliams who wanted me to log on to www.anydesk.com.au. I cut him off here & asked him where he was - reply "Melbourne", what was his phone # - reply (03) 2086 6959 (should be (03) 2086 6959) which when you ring that number, you find out it is, according to Telstra, is not connected.
