Someone calling himself John from Telstra rang late this arvo - using a "Telstra ID" - trying to get us to log into our computer as we allegedly had a "serious internet problem" blah blah blah. He rang twice in a row. We reported him to Telstra to try to follow up. The other day I had a similar call but just said immediately "I am not expecting a call from Telstra" and hung up on the caller. Both times the caller was a male with an Indian accent. Beware - SCAM!

Had a call from this number - 8/11/2016 17:20 - Lots of people making calls in the background. Claimed to be Telstra - saying they were cutting off my internet because of virus. Just laughed at them and the caller hung up.
