Missed a call on my mobile this morning from this number. They didn't leave a message. I didn't ring back. After reading the comments above it definitely looks like a scam call!

Same here, same number but the last digit changes and they don't leave a message. automatic block for me. Healthinc is a Sydney based Radiology support company which has a 1800 number. unlikly to be them.

I rang back the number (02) 9999 3999, spoke with someone who hung up right away

Don't know who they are but they called me 8 times within one hour and each time on a different number. First number was (02) 9999 3995, then (02) 9999 3996, then (02) 9999 3998, then (02) 9999 3999 again and they continued to keep switching numbers each time they called me but I did not answer them. When I reverse lookup 9999 3995 it says that it belongs to Healthinc Pty Ltd whom I have never heard of and the others are private numbers of people living in Sydney so I am pretty sure it's a scam.
