Phone rings but there is no-one on the other end of the line...suspect telemarketer. When number is dialled it ri gas ojt

Woman on other end said she was calling from Telstra which was receiving messages about excessive download usage from our IP. She wanted to help work out which device was the issue - lap top, tablet etc. Persisted when I said we weren't with Telstra - because Telstra "provides" to all other internet providers in Australia. Told her we would check first with ours for advice, then contact Telstra back if necessary.

Caller: Indian lady claiming to be from Telstra

Indian lady called me saying there was a problem with my internet and she was from telstra. We left Telstra years ago!! scam call. block this number

Caller: Claimed to be Telstra

Claimed to be from Telstra, telling me my internet is being accessed by outside sources.
Have received several of these calls recently.

Not the first time I have been inundated with scam calls, after I have genuinely spoken to Telstra faults team about phone or internet problems.
