Donated for 18months and when I called to cancel my payments as I had lost my job and no one would call me back or acknowledge my emails. I ended up having to cancel my credit card and getting another one issued... never heard from them until they were unable to charge my credit card with the next months donation!! I WILL NEVER donate to these people again. Can not believe how unprofessional they are.

Please don't tell me this is Save The Children charity. I sent them donations for a couple of months FIVE YEARS AGO and just got a missed call from them now. Thanks for the heads up, love that this site exists to warn people!

Same thing. They ring and hang up. I am canceling donations.

I cancelled my donations and they keep calling me at stupid hours and several times a day because they believe i owe them donations after i told them i no longer wish to donate. Over the calls had to put them on reject call list just to stop my phone ringing every minute after 7pm thru till 8:30pm. Hell im in bed at 6:30pm to get up at 4am like im gunna answer there bloody calls at that time of the night no consideration for people who work or have familys and are generally extreamly busy once home from work to run to my phone every time it rings. not to mention they cant ever say my name right how god damn hard is it?? Noo silent E you idiots geeze!!! Man i hate these guys!! Rant over lol sorry people.

They keep calling at around 8pm but never leave a message. When I eventually answer it they hang up!!!

They just called me and hung up too

just had a call to my mobile and they just hung up when I answered. I suspect call staff are expected to make call quota's so they just hang up to increase them. They are paid collectors forget about any donations.

It's the Save the Children Charity. PESTS!
