Caller: Telemarketer/spam call 'Ryan' called to tell me electricity prices are high. Assuming he wanted to sell me something. When I said I wasn't the account holder he just hung up on me. I've already tried to get off this list - I hate their calls. This is a spam number. I've already blocked so many of them.
