Caller: Brad from BTC-Firm Was sent a promotional email with misleading information regarding they're trading capabilities specific to e-CNY and Chinese digital Yuan. After an expected intro email - a follow up call to encourage engagement was made.
In this call after three attempts the advisor finally answered my question regarding the email which claimed they were the only platform that was able to trade it that in fact they were not.
When I advised that broke my trust and I no longer wished to continue with their company in any fashion and requested to cancel my account and any connection to them....then it began
I am currently receiving a nightly call every evening - bare minimum every second evening from Ben the account manager.
I have requested to stop being called and for any account information to be cancelled and removed on every call.
in breach of Telecommunications (Telemarketing and Research Calls) Industry Standard 2017 the company has continued to call each night or every second night.
