Caller: Australian broadband network "Detected activity on a line that has been inactive for more than 5 years. Due to nbn being available in the area they advised us to press 1 to talk to a text technician in order to maintain our telephone and internet service. They will disconnect our service with 24 hours. " 1. We have been on fibre to the home for more than 5 years. 2. They have been ringing and saying they'll disconnect in 24 hours for the past 4 years.
