Caller: 'Bank Fraud Department' Claimed to be 'your bank's fraud department' and demanded personal details but did not state which bank. When challenged multiple times about which bank they were calling from, after a confused pause finally stated 'Commonwealth Bank'. Wrong guess fraudsters...
