Caller: Said they were from Telstra Had an overseas accent and lots of background noise like a call centre. Said that my IP address on my Telstra internet had “dropped” from private to public and needed to be restored to private. I asked for verification that she was calling from Telstra and she started to give a name… Grace and then hung up
