TPG are pests, I'm getting two calls and a SMS each day trying to sell me NBN as my apartment building now has TPG FTTB installed.

Called twice, when I answered she could hardly say my name. I want to speak to someone who can speak clear english and Tanya ain't that hard to say! I wanted an email response, is that too much to ask?

They called me and hung up when I answered.
I'm not even a customer.
I hate spammers, reported to DNC register.

TPG - I'm a longtime customer (20? years) and I have a minor unresolved issue with them. They keep phoning me and leaving silent 2:30 minute voicemail but no written reply. I will not return blank calls. I need customer service not this boring frustrating pseudo-service. Been unsupported for months now.

Rang to cancel my month by month ADSL. AFTER BEING TRANSFERRED BETWEEN 5 different operators over 30 mins, was told I would need to email them. I am sick of dealing with overseas call centres. Off to MATE COMMUNICATE for me!!
