They left a message saying to listen press 1 for english or 2 for chinese then started speaking in chinese. Not sure what it is I have been receiving these calls for several months now

Received a missed call from this number. When I called back I got a message saying this number is number cannot be dialled. When I listened to the missed call message they left me it was somebody asking in Chinese something I don't know
