Received but ignored a call from this number today. Did not leave a message on my voicemail. Thank you to others who have posted that this is a scam call.

Almost definitely a scam NBN call. It talked about my NBN connection switching from private to public so that my personal details were visible. This does not make sense since integrity of personal information depends on personal computer. When told to forward issues via service provider, they claimed to be obligated to contact directly. They then tried to indicate a problem with my modem but they obviously did not know what kind of modem I was using.
