I called back number (02) 9841 3311 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.

Quite possibly in reply to an email I sent this company (Bradford Exchange) regarding goods I ordered prior to Christmas 2023, and still waiting on delivery. I called the number back but gave up; 15 minutes having to listen to "we wish you a merry Christmas" and sales blurb is enough for this ex customer!

After Providing my CC details to this company a few months later my Account was Hacked and cleaned out, trouble with providing CC details you don't know where your information is going or being stolen or worse sold to a third party. I contacted Bradford so many times and can never get through to speak to someone over the last 6 Months and when I did I told them no longer will be paying by CC or even Debit Card, so please provided any way eg Bpay or Pay Pal and still waiting for this information and their remaining Payments will remain unpaid. sooner or later they will understand, after what has happened to OPTUS, Lattitude finance, Medicare etc the landscape has changed with regards to handing over your details and if the banks won't protect our savings then we will have to do it ourselves. Its about Time consumers took Control of how and where payments are to be be not sellers

Calling Bradford Exchange used to be a free call. If you ring them now, it appears that they use Reverse Australia and keep you waiting. Then you learn the cost of the call. And they do not inform you that they are doing this. Clearly not an ethical company.

I was about to order the Lancaster bomber but after reading the above you can forget it.

I paid for an item in July and apart from their advertising I have had no correspondence, or more importantly have not received my purchase. It was bought for a 21st gift that was to be given in September. I'm furious!!
