Caller: Computer connected through to officer from ATO

It’s a scam!!!!!
I got a call named ATO, said I have unpaid tax. The computer asked me if I want to talk to an officer, press 1.
I pressed and I got through to an Indian accent male, saying that ato is speaking. He looked for my name (only my name, what???) and said I did not pay tax for 2017/2018. He read a long letter for me, that was worrying, red flag on my name, court, jail, freezing my account and go on my properties. As English is my second language, it was hard to understand. He acted as he connects to my tax agent to find out what’s going on. He was pretty rude and rushed me to say something, but as I said that it is very upsetting for me and I want to go in an ato office, he just disconnected to line.

Scam!! another automated call from the so called tax department. Saying it's the final contact. Bla bla bla ... grr over these.

I rang once and got disconnected
