This mob is chasing up my brother who is in a coma after a botched heart operation. I have traveled from Holland to be close at hand and take care of things for his wife. Not once but at least a dozen times they have been told the situation, and told them they were wasting my time as well as theirs. They are now employing the tactic of random time calls either using this number or trying to come in the back door on a private number. I have a business to run back in Holland and these clowns are interrupting my work schedule.
It is highly likely that Robert will not make it so these people are distressing me as well as his wife.

Can I ask if you ever contacted the ombudsman on this. I have them been calling me for 3 years non stop over a debt for the previous owner of our business. I finally spoke to someone from Australia Baycorp and they assured me they put the information on file and they should not contact me again but today got another call.

Call at the same time every god damn night! 7.30 on the dot. They let it ring Once MAYBE twice and then hang up and repeat two or theee times 🙄🙄🙄 it's so annoying . I have 6 blocked numbers from supposed "Bancorp"

debt collectors are only allowed to ring through business hours and can only contact you once per week. if you request that they contact you another way or if they ring more then they are meant to you can make official complaint to ombudsman.
