The number called Saturday Morning!!!! Did not answer but called it back and guess what - disconnected.

Received a call from this number regarding a tax incentive which will give me a week refund????

I got a call from this number but I missed it... I then called it back and it said it eww disconnected.

Absolutely the rudest and most arrogant man ever. Wanting to know if I was a "working homeowner under 49" so he could "advise" me about a "government tax incentive". Got very irate when I bumped him "off scrip". Shouted that I must answer his question. I just hung up on him at that point.

I too get these calls at lunchtime (1pm today), but they just hang up when I let the answering system do the dirty work. Don't answer

Had a call tonight at 6.47pm from Simon of 'The Assessment Service' from this number. (Can't find the Assessment Service in any internet searches). He said he assumed that I was under 58 and that I would be aware that the Government was pushing retirement age to 70 and that his organisation could help me work out what services and benefits I could be entitled to. He made it sound as though he was from a government organisation, but when I started asking questions it transpired he was with some sort of financial advice group. He got a bit narky when I told him to get to the point of his call. I hung up on him. Very suss.

Typical Data mining scam to get your details in telling you of a tax incentive. Beware do not give details to unknown people claiming to provide offers to good to be true. The caller ID is fake and also you could tell they were using a VOIP to avoid getting traced.

I keep getting a call from them around lunch time I dont answer because I dont know anyone in Sydney and if you call back the number is not in service. Have to say the do not call register just does not work

Had a call on 8th September - sounded as though it came from Australian+Investment +Services, or very similar wording, and the word Government was mentioned. Asked about: home owner? age group? and something else, can't recall, maybe "in employment?" and I did not qualify on two grounds so the call did not proceed. May or may not have been genuine.

Received 3 calls from this number in the past 2 days on our landline. No message left on our answering machine, just hangs up before machine starts. With caller ID, I didn't pick up as it was a number I didn't have in my phone memory. Seems to be from an automated calling system!

Had a missed call from this number. When I rang back it said "the number you have called is not connected".

This number called but hung up on me. I block callers who do this.
