They greeted me with my name and claimed that my electricity has gone up by 30%.
I said I'm not aware of the rate rise and they said do not worry your rate has gone up.
They then proceed to ask with which provider you are with.

I just said I'll speak with my provider and hung up.

Called twice and once I said my name they hung up.
