Had a missed call, when I called back I got the following message: “The number you have called is not connected, please check the number before calling again”

Caller: I don’t know Call from this number - no reason for Sydney to be ringing me at 8:30pm their time. Answered but didn’t say anything. Took a few seconds for him to connect, then it was a classic call center. Noisy background, Indian accent. He hung up when I didn’t say anything. Block it. Don’t answer.
