received a call from this number. we have privileged information for the business owner. would not tell me what it was about so i could filter call for manager. They hung up

Received a call from this number rings and they ask to speak to the business manager stating that they have privileged information from "the allen group". I have no idea what the allen group is, this is obviously some sort of marketing call.
