Claim you've had a car accident then hang up if you don't respond favourably. A scam. Beware.

Same here. Thick foreign accent but says name is 'John' calling from Sydney. Lots of background noise. Impossible to understand. Also been called using number (02) 4786 4276 by the same bunch of crims. Must be spoofing phone number through VoIP.

They call most weeks and hang up as soon as you answer, occasionally they will say they are with (insert insurance company here) and they have been told that someone related to this policy has had a car accident .... MASSIVE SCAM, hang up as soon as you quiz them for details

After I reported my dog was driving that day, the caller hung up.
Had sub-continent accent.

Scam number about an accident. Told her I had the number and would report her to the police as a scam. She hung up.

This number keeps ringing me and when I try to ring it , the operator states the number is disconnected

The caller hung up immediately
