Caller: Robodialler fraudster

This number called me. No response when I said "hello", hang up after about 10 seconds. I dialled the number and was told by a recorded message "This number is not in service". Of course it's a fraudulent criminal gang using a robodialler and fake numbers (which are sold to them by Australian-based companies who are party to the criminal fraud). They want to know if a human picks up the phone, so you will be targetted with criminal activity from that point on.What the hell is the ACMA and ACCC and Australian Federal Police doing about this? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
