Caller: supposed to be "Prime Amazon" Receiving automated phone calls purporting to be from Amazon, telling them their Prime membership is set to be renewed.

But the fraudsters give people the option of cancelling the subscription over the phone.
They are told to “press one” in order to cancel the transaction.
Upon doing this, the victim is then directed to a fraudster who is in fact posing as an Amazon customer service representative.
