He was looking for some person but would not introduce themselves first nor say what it’s about - had to get it out of him for his name. Was rude in that he won’t disclose until he gets my name!

They're calling from a call desk - I get a silent call but hear people in the background talking to others. Its blocked and I only get voicemails of silent calls :D.
