Rang up enquiring whether I had car accident recently. Say no more!

another 'robot/scam' sh*t 'our' telcos claim they cannot stop.

Don't answer if I don't recognize the number. Went to answering machine - disconnected. Can only block 30 numbers in my phone - have filled and emptied 3 times in last 2 years despite being on DNC which means nothing to scammers!! Can understand why people cancel their landlines. Time providers did more to screen calls for their customers.

No message no voice, so I abused them by telling them to get a proper job, scumbag.

I'm in Perth and this is a Sydney number. I only know a couple of people in Sydney and they wouldn't call me and that is not their number. So I ignored it and no message was left. The comment above saying the people on this number were asking about whether they had had a car accident recently tells me all I want to know. They are no doubt indian scammers who use various numbers to try and get people who have had a recent car accident to defraud them out of money by getting their account details.

Answered call but no response after I greeted the call then some noise and the caller hung up.
