Call at 9pm from male with strong accent saying he was from the government and Green Australia. Asked if I remembered my light globes being changed over last year. Told him they hadn't. He then wanted to organise a globe change. Told him I was on the Do Not Call register. He stated he was calling on behalf of the government. I said I believed this was a scam and ended the call when he started shouting. When I tried to ring the number, got a recording saying it was disconnected.
