Caller: Diabetes Australia (NDSS) It was from Diabetes Australia (NDSS) wanting to make sure I had got my welcome pack and that I was getting the help I needed with my new diagnosis. My phone labelled it as suspected spam so I didn't answer. I eventually got an email. They can not leave a message due to privacy laws.

Caller: NDSS Called them back. Can confirm it is NDSS. They were following up on a recent diabetes diagnosis.

Caller: National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) Call was from the National Diabetes Services Scheme due to my recent diagnosis. They followed the call up with an email introducing me to the scheme and stated that they cannot leave a voicemail due to privacy laws. The call was to make sure I received my NDSS card and to explain how it all works.
