Called my landline and claimed to be from Telstra advising there was an issue with my internet connection and I needed to get turn my computer on so they could fix it. Lots of call centre noise in the background and since I don't have any phone services with Telstra, knew it was a scam. I told them to hold on while I went to get my laptop, put the phone down and went on with what I was doing before they called. They stayed on the line for a minute or two before they hung up.
