Called me purporting to be Telstra concerned that the IP address on my phone was on public and not private mode. I played along, and so they transferred me to a supervisor who was going to help me update my settings (they physically passed the phone!). When I said I didn't have the app he was asking me to open, he called me a stupid b!tch and then unleashed a few "f" bombs when I told him that wasn't very professional language for someone from Telstra lol. He then hung up on me. BLOCK THIS NUMBER.
