    Your "Home" service is disgraceful-my computer is faulty & you are replacing inferior parts I bought a 3 year contract which you have not honoured so I have contacted consumer affairs. To come out WITHOUT a tool box to fix a computer not professional

    Could you please contact us - we have completely replaced one of the computers you sold us last year as it was faulty. The Xerox printer you sold is also not working but still under warranty. We cannot activate Access because you have the product key. Please call Dr Kleiner on 95259966 ASAP
