Caller: Saying I was going to be charged $399.99 automatically to keep my computer services

When the phone (landline) rang & I answered, it was a computerised message saying I was going to be charged automatically $399.99 to keep my computer services, I thought what the, so the option was, press 1 for automatic payment or 2 speak to an operator, so I pressed 2, when the lady came on, her response was hello, I said you rang me! Long story short, she wanted my last name so she could look at my file, what a load of bs! I told her it was a scam & that I was going to report them, I hung up & tried to ring the number & of cause the message was “ the number you have called is not connected, please check the number and try again.....”
