Caller: Shavi Not a scam or prank call. NSW Dept of Education call vendors to confirm bank details before doing business with a school. They will never ask for credit card details, but will ask to confirm bank details, they usually have an invoice or letterhead that they are referring to.

Caller: "Shavi" Suspected prank call. She said calling from the Department of Ed NSW needing to speak to someone to clarify banking details. (We are in QLD and any legitimate company would have the contact details for accounts)
